Economy & Rewards — Earn XP and Coins

Every match earns you XP and coins. Here is how the economy works, what multipliers boost your rewards, and how to climb the levels.

Economy & Rewards — Earn XP and Coins

Every match of Werewolf is a story. But it is also a payday. Whether you win or lose, you earn experience points (XP) and coins — and the system is designed to reward dedication, consistency, and smart play.

XP & Leveling

Your level reflects how much Werewolf you have played. The XP curve ramps up gradually:

XP needed = round(85 × level^1.22 / 5) × 5

With a maximum level of 40, early levels fly by while the later ones demand real commitment.

Stacking a win, survival, and MVP in one match gives you 43 XP base — enough to skip through the early levels fast.

Coin System

Coins are the in-game currency used to buy cosmetics and consumables. Every match drops base coin rewards plus a variable roll.

On top of that, each match awards a variable roll of 0–12 coins — a small random bonus that adds up over many games.

Multipliers

Your rewards can get a significant boost from three multiplier sources:

MultiplierEffectWhen
First Win×1.5First win of the day
StreakUp to +35%Play daily — resets if you miss a day
Weekend Bonus×1.10Saturday and Sunday

First Win applies to the first victory each day — it is the single biggest regular boost.

Streak tracks consecutive days with at least one match. After 7 days you hit the maximum +35% bonus. Miss a day and streak resets.

Weekend Bonus is a small 10% bump on Saturday and Sunday that stacks with everything else.

Jackpot

There is a 4% chance per match to trigger a jackpot — a flat bonus of +80 coins on top of all other rewards. It is rare enough to feel special, but common enough that regular players see it every few sessions.

Treasury Cap for Seeds

Seed players (the decorative human-like profiles that populate the lobby) have a treasury cap of 1,000 coins. Any excess over that is reclaimed — sorry, seeds, the economy is for real players.

Every match ends with a settlement screen showing your earnings, multipliers, and progress.

Level-Up Goals

Your Profile tab shows your current level, XP bar, and next milestone. Each level unlocks bragging rights — and some levels unlock achievements and rewards.

The XP and coin systems are designed so that casual players progress steadily while dedicated players are rewarded for streaks and consistency. Play a match every day and watch the multipliers compound.

Start earning — your first match is waiting.
